Meet the Instructors

Judy Kwak
Judy Kwak has always enjoyed a variety of fitness modalities including strength training, yoga, and kickboxing. She was first introduced to barre after having her fourth baby and quickly fell in love with the method, eventually stepping into the role of teaching. Judy loves being able to combine her background in education with her passion for helping others discover their strongest selves at the barre. Outside of teaching fitness, you can likely find her on a homeschooling adventure with her four children, perusing a bookstore with her husband, or sharing a meal with her beloved church family.

Cayse Day
Cayse began her fitness journey as a NASM-certified personal trainer in 2019, where she discovered her passion for helping people grow stronger and more confident. Wanting to expand into group fitness, she joined a local Barre studio in 2020 and spent four years teaching a variety of formats, from Classic to Reform and Define. She loves the way fitness brings people of all ages and backgrounds together around a common goal, and she’s excited to bring that same sense of community and fun to The Barre Room.

Shannan Pastorius
Shannan Pastorius is a highly accomplished figure in the world of competitive cheerleading and fitness. With a vibrant background as a competitive cheerleader, Shannan quickly rose to prominence through her dedication and talent. She transitioned seamlessly from athlete to coach, leading cheerleading teams from high school to collegiate levels, and guiding elite all-star cheerleading teams to success with her expertise and motivational skills.
In addition to her cheerleading accomplishments, Shannan is a certified instructor in Barre, Mat Pilates, Strength Training, Personal Training, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Her passion for fitness extends to running, where she has proudly completed multiple RunDisney marathons, reflecting her love for Disney and the joy it brings. Shannan’s enthusiasm for Disney is infectious, and she often incorporates its whimsical spirit into her fitness programs, creating a unique and engaging experience for her clients.
Shannan is deeply committed to fostering inclusive relationships and helping individuals connect with their inner selves. She is passionate about bringing incredible energy to every endeavor and encourages others to embrace and love their own skin, promoting self-acceptance and confidence. With her dynamic personality and unwavering dedication, Shannan Pastorius continues to inspire and uplift those around her, making a lasting impact in the world of fitness.
